Benji is often asked HOW? do I ... from friends and co-workers about smart home devices. It became obvious that the products made to simplify our lives were just not simple to everyone. So he started his own company inspired by the people who need his help and always ask HOW?
The name also implies how we service. Customers always ask us HOW? we know so much about all of these ever changing products. When we started the company, we did not want to learn about the products from reading reviews or watching YouTube videos. Benji contacted almost every major Smart Home Brand and had real life conversations with Owners, Manufactures, Technicians, Designers, Sales Staff, and CEOs. We attend several Technology Conventions every year just so we can keep these relationships alive.
